SPORTS CONDITIONING FOR KIDS Blend of speed, agility, power and strength training geared to help any young athletes prepare for their upcoming seasons. This will help all young athletes focus and achieve their individual performance goals. No class March 29.
TRX BLAST This workout covers every major muscle group utilizing TRX straps. The format of this class is fast paced and open to all fitness levels. No class March 27.
NEW
A workout made to tone and strengthen your inner Superwoman. Proper weight lifting depending on techniques will be taught and workout plans will be developed according to goals. No class March 26.

BASEBALL ROTATIONAL POWER Class is designed for serious Travel Players or those trying out who want to improve and get ready for high school or college baseball. Empha sis will be on hitting power or pitching velocity. Focus will be on medicine ball / rotational strength training to work on sport specific power. Program will also emphasize proper mobility to work on being able to get into right positions to reduce power. No class March 29.
AERIAL YOGA—TEEN This class is a nurturing, positive environment for teens to work on skills that encourage enhanced body connection and body awareness. Students will utilize the aerial hammocks to explore movement and breath in a safe, fun and creative way. Private classes are available upon request. No class March 25.

FITNESS WEIGHT LOSS BOOTCAMP Participants will go through drills, weight stations and cardio circuits to work muscles, burn calories and get fit!
