PELVIC FLOOR Join us for a relaxing, informative yoga experience focusing on your pelvic wellness. This class helps improve the health of your bladder, bowel movements and intimate activities. Men and women will learn to breathe into the pelvis and to create optimized feelings of wellness. Participants need to be able to get to and from the floor with the assistance of a chair.
