MILITARY CARE PACKAGE EVENT November 3 | Friday | 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Apple Chevrolet The Orland Park Veterans Commission is holding a Military Care Package Event on November 3 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. at Apple Chevrolet (8585 W 159th St). The Village is accepting packaged goods, candy, snacks and small holiday decorations. Anyone is welcomed to volunteer their time to help box holiday cheer for our troops.

VETERANS DAY CEREMONY November 11 | Saturday | 11 a.m. Orland Park Veterans Memorial

The Orland Park community is invited to join the Village as we honor all who have served our country. The Village of Orland Park will host their annual Veterans Day ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 11. Names newly added will be unveiled on the granite walls bordering the Village’s Veterans Memorial, Ara Pace – Place of Peace, located in the Village Center at 14700 S. Ravinia Ave. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m.
