GRANDPARENTS RAISING CHILDREN SUPPORT GROUP: VIRTUAL PROGRAM

November 1 | 10:30 a.m. | Wednesday MEMORY CAFÉ, ORLAND PARK PUBLIC LIBRARY This event takes place at Orland Park Library and is for people living with dementia and other forms of cognitive impairment and their care partners. November 28 | ALL DAY | Tuesday Everyone can make an impact on this important giving day. Join local nonprofit Pathlights by pledging your time, skills, voice, and dollars to support our community along the path to aging. Every act of generosity counts. November 15 | 10 a.m. | Wednesday Our monthly support group gives you a chance to talk with other family caregivers in similar situations, share experiences, advice, and words of encouragement. This is event is virtual and will take place on Zoom. CAREGIVERS CONNECTING: VIRTUAL PROGRAM October 23 | November 27 | 11 a.m. | Monday Join grandparents and other relatives raising children for inspiration, encouragement, and education about local resources. This is event is virtual and will take place on Zoom.

FAQs Vaccines are essential for all ages. Protect yourself and those you love by keeping your Flu and COVID vaccinations current. Pathlights is partnering with AgeOptions and CIMPAR to administer in-home COVID-19 vaccinations, boosters and/or flu shots for people who are unable to leave home due to age, disability, or medical impairment. Do you live in suburban Cook County within Palos, Lemont, Orland or Worth Townships? Are you 60+ years or a caregiver? Do you have trouble getting out of the house? If you answered yes to the questions above, you qualify for an in-home vaccine, booster and/or flu shot. Call Pathlights at (708) 361-0219 to schedule an appointment. GET VACCINATED AT HOME!
