Nutrition Essentials

Poor nutrition impacts our physical and mental health and can exacerbate chronic conditions. Joe Smith from Mom’s Meals will host this interactive conversation on the role of proper nutrition in aging adults. Caregivers and older adults alike are encouraged to attend. Handouts with nutrition tips will be distributed to all participants. This free event is made possible by Hoyne Bank.
