HIIT HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
This is a full body workout with emphasis in boxing routines with sled, ropes and a few rounds of burnout on the heavy bag, ending in yoga recovery. This is a class to burn calories and HIIT overall. No class November 20 & 22.
HIIT is a high intensity interval based workout for adults. This class will combine weights with plyos, medicine ball training into a HIIT style class designed to shred fat and build muscle to get you into your best shape quickly! No class November 24.
This class will keep you moving while training your whole body and working every muscle. Class will use the suspension training system (TRX), free weights and the BOSU for some core work. Get ready to get in the best shape ever. No class November 20.

BOXING TECHNIQUE Boxing fundamentals class including jump rope, ladder drills, dynamic stretch, shadow box, heavy bag, speed and mitt workout. Learn all boxing/ defense, footwork training, plus a full HIIT workout. No class November 25.
CIRCUIT BLAST A high intensity class that works your whole body using various equipment in a new training circuit each week. A combination of strength and cardio to burn fat and get strong! All abilities welcome to work at your own pace. No class November 21.
TRX BLAST This workout covers every major muscle group utilizing TRX straps. The format of this class is fast paced and open to all fitness levels. No class November 23. NEW
