CIRCUIT BLAST A high intensity class that works your whole body using various equipment in a new training circuit each week. A combination of strength and cardio to burn fat and get strong. All abilities welcome to work at your own pace. No class July 4.

TRX STRONG TOTAL BODY TRAINING

Each session incorporates TRX suspension strength training with dynamic bodyweight exercises to strengthen, tone and shred. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced levels. No class July 7.

This class will keep you moving while training your whole body and working every muscle. Class will use the suspension training system (TRX), free weights and the BOSU for some core work. Get ready to get in the best shape ever. No class July 3.

NEUROMUSCULAR EXERCISE CLASS When you’ve been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, MS or ALS, it is very important to keep active in order to maintain optimal function. This class provides safe strengthening exercises with an emphasis on postural awareness, breathing, balance and rhythmical movement. These exercises aim to increase joint mobility, range of motion, improve balance recovery and elevate overall strength and stamina. No class the week of July 3-7.

HIIT HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

NEW SIT AND FIT This class will cover gentle exercises for seniors and those with physical limitations. Exercises can be done seated or standing utilizing free weights and bands. Participants will learn the importance of strength training and stretching. No class July 5.

HIIT is a high-intensity, interval-based workout for adults. This class combines weights with plyos and includes medicine ball training, all of which are designed to shred fat and build muscle to get you into your best shape quickly. No class July 7.
