ROWING TO TONE Rowing is one of the best workouts! The movement will strengthen the core, arms and back, as well as build cardiovascular endurance. This workout incorporates stations with weights to burn muscles until fatigued. No class November 25 & 27.
SENIOR FITNESS BOOT CAMP
STRONG BEYOND THE GYM Learn to work out more on your own, how to get the most out of your workouts and how to continue healthy habits outside of the classes when you come into the gym. There will be homework and expectations to complete before coming to each class. No class November 25. NEW
Do you lose your balance or have a fear of falling? This class will help improve balance, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants will work at their own pace and modifications will be made for those with an injury. No class November 25 & 27.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
WEIGHT CIRCUITS Full body strength training in a circuit format to increase muscular endurance. Class will run at a quicker pace to allow all body parts to be trained. No class November 25 & 27.
NEW
A program designed to improve physical performance and build endurance, strength, and functionality. Class will complete circuit training with an emphasis on building strength while challenging your cardiovascular system. All levels of fitness are welcome. No class November 28.
