Looking for a strong core and tight glutes? This is the class for you. Class will provide an extremely efficient and focused core and glutes workout in just 30 minutes. No class November 28.
Alternating between cardio (treadmill/bikes/ rowers) and weights along with isolated core movements to help increase conditioning and endurance and overall strength. Class will be taught in the fitness center. No class November 26.
Focusing on exercise that help get you moving with ease and no pain. Geared towards those individuals that need help with range of motion, stability and flexibility. No class November 25 & 27.
