GLUTES, CORE AND WEIGHTS

FOAM ROLL AND TRIGGER RELEASE Do you know that foam rollers have multiple uses? Learn how to use these to help relive muscle tension and increase blood flow to promote healing of injuries or sore muscles. No class March 27.

FULL BODY WORKOUT Participants will learn to strengthen and tone their body with proper form in free weights and machines. Toning and strengthening will be taught based upon goals and any health limitations. Train hard and get the results you want. No class March 25.

This class will keep you moving while training your whole body and working every muscle. Class will use the suspension training system (TRX), free weights and the BOSU for some core work. Get ready to get in the best shape ever. No class March 24.

BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE

BODY SCULPTING WORKOUT Body Sculpting Workout is for exercise and weightlifting enthusiasts of all levels whose goal is to build lean, shapely muscles. This class will focus on optimizing muscle tone and growth with maximum efficiency. It will include continuously implementing innovative, alternative and productive body sculpting workouts for ideal results. No class March 28.

PILATES MAT Develop neglected muscle groups with the classic Pilates Mat exercises while integrating weights into the workout. This class is suitable for students of all levels. No class March 28.

Join this class for a great full body workout. Each week will include a different workout with moderate to advanced exercises. Strength and cardio exercises will be combined to emphasize functional fitness including power, strength, endurance, agility, mobility and speed. This class is for anybody who is up for a challenge in a supportive setting. No class March 28.

AERIAL YOGA PLAY WORKSHOPS Come join us for a chance to play in the hammocks while learning yoga. Poses, stretches and more will be taught in this class while incorporating the use of a silk hammock. These yoga moves are great for stretching and working all muscle groups.

RESISTANCE BAND BODY WORK This half-hour class is an intense workout with different resistance bands for legs, arms, chest, back and abs. A full body workout in half the time! No class March 27.

ROWING TO TONE Rowing is one of the best workouts! The movement will strengthen the core, arms and back, as well as build cardiovascular endurance. This workout incorporates stations with weights to burn muscles until fatigued. No class March 25.
