Chicken Pasta Salad
SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
large chicken breasts cooked, cooled, and shredded 2 ripe avocados diced 2 lb of cooked pasta 1 1/2 cup of chopped red onion cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half 1 1/2 cup of fresh basil chopped
INGREDIENTS: DRESSING
cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup of lemon juice 1/4
YIELD: PREP TIME: COOK

tablespoon of oregano tablespoon of rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
1/2 tablespoon of dried parsley 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1. In a large bowl, add the salad ingredients: the shredded chicken, onion, avocado, cherry tomato, and basil. In a jar, combine the ingredients for the dressing: vinegar, italian seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle your chicken pasta salad with the dressing. Toss gently until all the ingredients are combined. Serve the chicken pasta salad immediately, or chill for later. Enjoy! 2. 3.
