Medication Prior to camp administering any mediaction, a completed ePACT account must be submitted. Non-perscription drugs will only be administered with a written note from the parent/ guardian and must be sent in its original package with the child’s name, dose and administration time attached. If your camper needs medication administered, please: • Send a single dose of each medication in a sealed envelope. • Included a one-week supply of medication. Allergies Day Camp staff and campers need to be aware of ALL allergies. All allergies including contact, environmental and food must be listed on the ePACT Allergy Action form. Art supplies or other enviromental elements may elicit an allergic reaction that could be easily avoided. Day Camp is a nut-free program. All food brought into camp, must be peanut/tree (almonds, walnuts, etc.) free including sandwiches, snacks, treats and candy. Illness For all campers’ and staff’s health, please keep your camper home if they exhibit any for the following symptoms within the past 24 hours: sore throat and/ or cough, discharge, diarrhea, vomiting, temperature over 99 degrees or a contagious disease. If you are in doubt about your child’s health, please keep your child at home. Should a camper become ill at camp, they will be immediately removed from group activities. Parents will be notified that the camper needs to be picked up as soon as possible.
