Centennial Park West Concert Venue Centennial Park West has served as a Village concert venue since 2010. When initially developed, the long-term goal was to build a permanent venue capable of hosting all Village events. In 2023, the Village will break ground on this long anticipated venue. While under construction, the Village will host three concerts over the course of the summer utilizing the Centennial Park West parking lot. When complete, the venue will be capable of hosting local and national touring artists, the Taste of Orland Park, the Market at the Park and much more. Cultural Center Closing/Franklin Loebe Center and Civic Center Modifications The Cultural Center will close at the end of 2023. Programs and events housed at the Cultural Center will be relocated to the Franklin Loebe Center (FLC) and Civic Center in late 2023/early 2024. To accommodate this influx of activity, the Franklin Loebe Center and Civic Center will undergo modest modifications, including air- conditioning in the FLC gym. Orland Park Health & Fitness Center Acquired by the Village in 2016, the Orland Park Health & Fitness Center includes almost 4,000 members. In 2023, a focus on aesthetics will occur with replacement of the main floor carpeting. Weight room users will be pleased with the replacement of dumbbells in the coming year. RECREATION & PARKS

New members in 2022: 1,729; total members: 3,781 Sportsplex

Now over 20 years old, the Sportsplex locker room lockers are slated for replacement in 2023. Minor alterations are planned for each locker room, in addition to the replacement of lockers, and the installation of mechanical (keyless) locks to better serve members. Adding to the great selection of cardio equipment, in 2023 the Sportsplex will purchase an Octane seated elliptical machine, two Alpine True Runner treadmills and a Life Fitness Powermill.
